UK Orders

We send all our products via standard delivery through Royal Mail signed for £3.95 (usually 1-3 working days after dispatch ) and will require a signature on delivery. We aim for all orders to arrive within 1 week of purchase.

Returns

Changed your mind? Not a problem..

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please include a proof of purchase or a note with your name and date of purchase.

We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

We recommend using a Signed For or tracked delivery service to ensure your items arrive as we are unable to cover the cost of any lost items through returns shipping.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your return and you will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cerolondon.com and send your item to:
